It has been great so far. I enjoy what I do, who I work with, and how important our work is to our country. I think we have a good company culture that encourages our team to be engaged, but also provides a good work life balance to keep everyone happy and doing their best work.

People seem genuinely happy to work here, and enjoy what they do. They are engaged, but not overworked. Happiness is contagious, and happy people do the best work.

I think the ESOP is a great way to encourage employee retention as well as increase engagement through employee ownership while providing substantial benefit to the employee. It's a win-win.

My team is comprised of a bunch of individuals that are very good at what they do, but also very personable, and great at functioning as a team. We have a lot of people with unique skill sets, and they complement each other well.
