Leadership keeps us informed about various decisions and lets us engineers make the decisions we think are best. I am very grateful that they trust us to do the best that we can.

Meetings are kept to only things that are strictly necessary and rarely last longer than 30 minutes. I am glad that I can learn from them seeing as how each of them has been in the industry for 20+ years
