Concentrix: Currently i'm concerned about how big this company is becoming and feeling. Previously it felt like we were a small company but in the last couple of years if isn't feeling like that. We are feeling segmented and hard to manage conflicting expectations.
ADP: I am relatively new to ADP, but I had known a fellow alumni from school who started their career here. I was told how diverse the culture is within the company and the work life balance. These were really important things for me when deciding where to start in my career and I am pleased to be at ADP
