Synopsys Inc: My experience at Synopsys is fairly good since day 1. I feel conpensated at Synopsys. I just want to highlight that althoug we are proper compensated in some contries we are too much taxed and that is why is important to have some more dynamic PERKS which we could be compensated differently.
PayPal: Customer service is very good
Freeman: I don't make enough money to pay my bills and over time is only approved and not allowed often

Caseys General Stores: I feel there is favortizem and all employees are not treated fairly. There's 2 sides to every story, and both aren't being heard
United Airlines: It was fulfilling for the time
Costco: started out great but seems to be on a current downward spiral, starting to feel as if we are trying to match the ethics of the likes of walmart instead of being the leading example for the industry.

7-Eleven: very simple for a large company , it is the most unorganized and not so many smart people who are in charge of the facility and very little knowledge about who they even work for very sad I came from owning my own company even though my company was very small but yet was more organized then this .
Entergy: Good customer service all the time.
Microsoft: Woke, poorly managed, not a lot of room for internal mobility. Been through multiple re-orgs, managers and teams. Just an awful place to work.
Porsche: Love the chicken and corn

Subway: My overall experience was filled with being treated with disrespect. I worked at the Porter location and the general manager was rude, prejudice, unprofessional, and gave me attitude when I would ask questions that I felt were needed to help me develop. Overall not an enjoyable experience.
AutoZone: friendly, easy to work with,
TaskUs: This is the only company so far that I am not stress at work and not thinking of resigning.
ADT Corporation: Worst company. They do everything they can not to pay employees a decent wage
Mastec: Terrible company to work for.
TaskUs: Stable, but not compensated well.
Holiday Inn: Unprofessional supervisor; supervisor short cut work task; supervisor keeps tools hidden for job tasks and necessary products are not available i.e. smoke detectors.
TaskUs: I have been with TaskUs for almost 5 years now (in March) and I have grown immensely. There are a lot of people you can reach out to at work to mentor you and help you become better.
Foundever: It's been an awesome 18 years (turning 19 this year). Started with clientlogic, then Sitel and now even better at Foundever. There's forever at Foundever :-) Love the people, culture, community engagement, CSR, DEI and work-life balance.
McDonald's: The food and employee service
Foundever: It was way better before when the company took premium on innovations and digital transformation. Now everything is just transactional.
Bose: build & design is look very premium to me.
TaskUs: Excellent experience, I was able to learn and my Leaders and managers where very helpful to teach me and to help me to grow and to be more confident in my work, the support for TU team is always there (IT, HR)..
Dollar General: Schedule changes constantly and leads are expected to work 8hr shifts alone with no one to cover breaks.
Foundever: Fun and met a lot of good friends
Jefferies & Company: They simply don't pay newer analysts and associates. The Jefferies way is to game the traditional IB compensation system and give *way below market* salaries to anyone with less than 10 years. I could earn the same by managing any small business. Actively looking to go even though they love my work
The Home Depot: High manager and floor employee turn over. Ethics issues involving managers and floor employees ranging from quid pro quo to age discrimination. Inexperienced managers failing in leadership and productivity rolls.
Foundever: Prior to the acquisition and merger, all was well. The storm of changes had not been positive. Just powering through and hoping we can weather the storm.
Giant Eagle: Management does not value employees. Recognition is near 0. Raises are non existent. Current Management at the Westerville OH store is plain mean.
Wendy's: my expericence was great at first but not not so much
Microchip Technology: Stable, Surrounded with good people.
Humana: Lots of staring at a screen, lack of clear communication, wishy washy. Don't you worry about blah blah let me worry about blah blah. HR4U takes the humanity out of Human resources
Asplundh: We get zero raises besides cost of living raises. Get no over time, no bonus, no appreciation shown what so ever.
Foundever: I've never worked in such a great place before. I don't feel burnt-out like in other jobs. I feel like I can be myself, express my feelings and thoughts and also contribute with new ideas and projects.
The Cigna Group: quality expectations are unreachable, if you have been with the company for years your pay is not competitive. New employees are paid close to the same amount as reps that have been there for years. The chances of growth in the company are determined by affirmative action not ability
24 Hour Fitness: A lot of coworkers are amazing others have one foot out the door when they walk in.

Synopsys Inc: It's an excellent company and I love what I do, but with retrograde mindset in some areas due to managers chain, that aren't willing to modernize methodologies or processes, because don't have the management skills or innovation/vision. They typically say we have done this always, so why change it.
