UnitedHealth Group: They spend MILLIONS to TALK about how much they care, while making daily work NOTHING but more widgets per hour...all done PERFECT. Pay is topped by both Grocery store chain and gas station despite having to be trained at UHC for 16 weeks due to Healthcare legal worries.

I was surprised when I started working in the firm that everyone is supporting each other and wanting everyone to succeed. Of course there is pressure and it requires commitment but the impact you create is huge!
Macy's: Rewarding and fulfilling I enjoy going to work and what I do
Trinity Health: Nothing positive to say about trinity. Overworked and underpaid. Nurse to patient ratio is the worst in the area and promote a dangerous environment for the patients.
Arrow Electronics: Great people, low salaries after some years as Merits are extremely low.

Aveanna Healthcare: I was given this opportunityon my skill & experience. The job can be extremely challenging, but I get a lot of satisfaction from doing it.
Darden Restaurants: I’m management and I have to say, I feel fairly compensated, and the benefits and perks are better than any I’ve seen. But I do have to work very hard, because “The Standard is the Standard,” and I want to uphold the standards. I try to recruit my friends. I love this

American Medical Response: I really can't say I've had a bad day at work. I've left the company multiple times throughout my career but gained a stronger appreciation for the place each time I've come back.

Prosegur: I believe Prosegur can be a great company and in some aspects it is. It is a corporate company and like all corporate companies they will let go of people if its cost effective. I think they should do better.
Maximus: This is the most unprofessional environment where employees are excessively micromanaged, constantly threatened to meet unreasonable expectations, and grossly underpaid for what is expected of them.

Panera Bread: Focus and a clear vision were missing from executive leadership. Unclear who could make decisions stick, and muddled, overlapping priorities meant you never knew if you were working on something that really mattered. Too much focus on small incremental metric improvements.
Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): Repair took a long time to resolve
Abercrombie & Fitch Company: Used to love working for this company. Always felt like a family & it was clear that home office cared about store employees just as much as higher-ups. But it's not like that anymore. They keep cutting store resources & sometimes won't even communicate something is being cut. Feels slimy & greedy

State Farm Insurance: State Farm is not a good neighbor and they do not care. They violate federal rules, engage in fraud, and racketeering. Do NOT work for this company.

Diversity & Inclusion was quite poor when I started 10 years ago, I've faced so many challenges, but it's amazing to see how that's changing. Trimble: Trimble is a good place to work. There are some great benefits, like unlimited PTO and remote work. The medical benefits are only so-so (Aetna and Express Scripts). The CEO and other executives seem engaged and committed, and I definitely feel valued as an employee.

Spectrum: In the beginning (TWC aka: things will change) it was great. Once Charter came in and then the new VP of Business sales to push the mobile agenda, it went down quickly. I truly thought I was going to stay till retirement. Bad leadership which rewards bad management. Unbelievable.

L3Harris Technologies: Once the merger of Harris and L3 completed, L3 has become a process laden monolith. Focus on the Company has shifted to keeping corp executives employed (legacy Harris) while systematically removing the entrepreneurial engine that was fueled by legacy L3 organizations.
NAPA Auto Parts: You can never get anyone higher up to answer you back on anything. And the lower level people do nothing but loe about everything.
