#1. Bellow Market Compensation in some areas #2. Difficult process to promote internal people. It's easier to hire a new person with higher pay than justify an internal, high performer & dedicated resource to jump a level.

Advocacy & Support. The fact we have different strength, together we become good advocates to the customers we serve. We support one another and ensure we deliver what's best for our customers despite strategy changes and roadmap delays.

I love what I do, enjoy a a lot working with my team and peers. Working with Enterprise customers is just phenomenal. It's being at the edge of possibilities and stretching out your ideas, learning and opportunities every day.

Dynamic. We are always seek to align with the market, innovating, bringing new technologies. Each day is a different day. That's exciting. We have challenges and the leadership is recognizing that, but we're working to pivot to keep transforming the way the world works.

Recognizing the necessity for a strategic pivot, aiming to establish a more functional & cohesive organization. This entails a thorough review to identify key focus areas that will propel us forward and pinpoint aspects that require cessation. Undertaking this decisive step is paramount for success.
