You'll get tire and don't want to work not because of the workload but sometimes it's the people you thought will guide you to your growth.
TaskUs: Not much engagement events from the company. Most of the newly hired Leaders did not undergo leadership training that can encourage and motivate the teammates which resulted to un-satisfaction.

Advantage Solutions: When your shift starts, you are given a product demo for the day. It's 50/50. Some products especially the ones on sale are given to favorites. These favorites use unethical sales tactics like dishonesty to increase their numbers. If your product is not on sale you cannot tell members it is.

We run out of internet equipment, bags, and cords every day and they will not even give us water. The customers bring equipment in with roaches too so if you are good with bugs it is a good job.

Men's Wearhouse: The company failed when it stopped being a commission based job, paychecks were cut in half and so many people quit the company went bankrupt trying to hire staff.
TaskUs: A very good place to work. One thing that I want to improve is to have a better salary package specially for tenured folks and higher yearly increase. Nevertheless, they are really great since they promote work/life balance which is true and needed by all of BPO employee.

Fruit of the Loom: Company does not like to pay employees what they are worth. In 2023 and 2024 fruit of the loom laid people off. Current employees are nervous they will lay off more and are looking elsewhere for jobs. In 2023 they also did not give a raise, not even a cost of living raise. Do not work here.
