Dye pac/freon in leaks. Now 5 days after service it's back to not working properly. Warranty-yes. Co. will not stand behind product.

TSA: Make contact with those perspective applicants offered a conditional offer letter. Keep them informed as to their current employment status and what time frame available for employment with TSA. Also do better with current government employes wanting to switch jobs within the federal government.
Dyson: i decided to pay twice the amount for a battery replacement (over amaxon) because I vslued Dyson service. Bad move on my part, I am still waiting for 3rd replacement battery, Dyson keeps sending me wrong battery and refused to expedite shipping of replacements
Johnson Controls: Field personnel need to become managers
