Pertaining to TL Emmanuel Villanueva and OM Leogil Pavo of P2P, they do not embody the definition of how leaders should be. Given the chance if there'd be, higher ops should always give a refresher course on this matter. A leader should be someone who uplifts the team, and not demotivate.
