American Family Insurance: Customer service is despicable. Filed a claim on my vehicle theft. Multiple service personnel lied to me, provided false/inaccurate information regarding the status of my claim. I found the service people to be unethical, provided sub standard service, and presented having no accountability.
Samsung: My washer has a recall on the board. After speaking with four of your technical support reps and a warranty tech being sent out, I am informed the part needed is out of stock with no ETA. The Samsung tech, Aries, was rude when I asked to speak with a supervisor and did not accommodate.
Workday: Too many responsibilities for too little money. I live in a country where you are allowed to have max 8 hrs overtime a week, and I can see people take more and more, noone is alarmed that it's too many (its legal when employee decides they wany to work more than 48 hrs a week). Costco: Great people to work with but coming to work is hassle when it comes to parking at our Logistics facility. Our 3rd party transportation company's drivers are not being respectful when it comes with Costco employees finding parking space close to entrance.
Nordstrom: I have been at the company for over two years and I have enjoyed my time here. The work life balance is great, but there are not a lot of opportunities for career mobility. Because of this, we see a lot of turnover once employees hit the 3 year mark. Nordstrom is generally seen as a stepping stone.
