TaskUs: I have had my ups and downs with TaskUs, I am thankful to have a WFH job and flexibility for my children. However, I see Taskus losing campaigns and lay offs, as well as benefits declining like the food pantry and get togethers they used to have, bonuses and recognition.
Lego Group: What I love most is how Lego is so very caring and they treat us customers with loyalty and respect. And,not once have I ever experienced bad service before. Not Ever. In addition to all of this, all of the Lego sets they make are phenomenal! They all spark so much creativity in the staff and sets!!

Synopsys Inc: Job leveling is a failed concept which has been implemented, this makes many of us spend 3 to 4 years more in the same title, and not get the title we deserve. This is not something which I consider motivating in any which way. Seems like raising your voice about this is not helping either.
Synopsys Inc: Overall experience has been technically challenging and fulfilling. But widespread teams across geographies make work life balance difficult due to the need to accommodate overlapping hours to communicate.

Synopsys Inc: It's been a good experience at a micro level, day to day operations are relatively smooth and my coworkers are interested and interesting. However it does feel like every 9 or so months there's a significant pivot at exec level that wastes large portions of our working.

Turnover has skyrocketed and pay has not changed for any employees. Pharmacist are downing in student debt and the company does nothing about it.

I have had many careers within UL and have enjoyed most of them. Sadly there's always a boss here or there, in any company that is not held accountable

They lie in the interview about the pay saying you can make a certain amount when you start working you dont make what they promise. Company make your weekly plan numbers high so you never hit really hit the number they expect
