the store manager was very understanding and got to know me on a personal level made me feel at the time comfortable
leadership at dicks lacks employee developement. They wont allow anyone to excell or develope any employees especially any threat of higher potential. The merch managers are very condescending and will set you up to fail to make themselves look better. its really sickening and sad.
MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY the woman merch manager, I have NEVER seen her use positive reinforcement . She does NOT want to acknowledge anything done positive but she will point out flaws in someones performance or project and let not just the employee know, but the whole team. and talk behind thr back
Indont have enough space, to say. there are a few coworkers that are the younger ones, who were defintely raised right, and are respectful and hard workers. they are the same all the time. i cant say that for majority of the employees and management they switch up all the time and act a majority
