In my tenure it has been an overall great experience. Post Aimbridge-Interstate merger, not as much.

Overall positive. A lot of change every year - since becoming an above property assoc. I have not had the same group of hotel(s) for more than a year. So being held to expectations of growth when you are constantly inheriting new coworkers and associates, assets, markets can at times prove difficult
