Clearly focused on organizational objectives. The leadership team is approachable and listens to each employee.

I like the generous vacation package and insurance benefits are good. Bonus structure could use some tweaking for incentives.

I have multiple teams that I work with. Best employees and friends I've ever had the good fortune to work with. Caring, warm, friendly, professional. Our teams care about our guests.

There is strong accountability among all teams, and employees. Employees are empowered to take care of guests and issues and have little turnover compared to other hotels I've worked in over the last 22 years.

I was interviewed by several people at different levels of the organization. Each one was very thorough and professional and had different viewpoints for discussion. The process took about 45 days from start to hire date.

Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?

I really like it when we do well as a team and achieve our action items, make or exceed budget and keep customers coming back in. I enjoy having our guests come back and hearing their stories and getting to know them like family. It's cool!
