TaskUs: I joined the company because of its reputation of being a disruptor but lately I feel like it's becoming just another average BPO company, weighed down by traditional practices and thinking. Hopefully it gets back on track and revisists the vision it had when it was formed.

Alstom: Overall experience: Good. I joined alstom as a graduate engineering trainee, now working as software designer. This is the only one company I have worked, so I might not be the right person to judge it, but I would say this is a very good company to start your career with. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

SSM Healthcare: Work is challenging and never dull. Org is very patient-focused and caring. The biggest issues I see are a lack of overall leadership, not enough people to do the jobs, and too many people who have been in the same/similar job too long - too entrenched in the past to see/make needed changes.

TP: Great but the compensation could be improved, especially for operations supervisors.
PerkinElmer: Nexcelom has a good culture, PKI has good people but the culture is that of a very large corporation: slow to change, no one wants to rock the boat. Just be a happy cog. So far everyone i have met at PKI has been pretty great, the only downside seems to be that process and bureaucracy get in way.

Sam's Club: The job overall is easy enough but worker accommodations are impossible to get and there is no flexibility at all. Depending on your department you will find yourself standing for hours at a time and on hard concrete without any anti-fatigue mats ad they aren't allowed. Very hard to work with.
Keurig Dr Pepper: Decent place to work. Pay, health/benefits, and 401k are good. Consistent work but need new trucks eventually and communication needs to improve at the Norcross location.

IKEA: IKEA is super big, would appreciate it if you can find a way to make IKEA not a super long walking shop, some ways of easier transportation inside and public chairs for customers to relax would be greatly appreciated.
