I joined the company because of its reputation of being a disruptor but lately I feel like it's becoming just another average BPO company, weighed down by traditional practices and thinking. Hopefully it gets back on track and revisists the vision it had when it was formed.

I like getting challenged and being involved in stuff that matters. It's sad that lately, opportunities for this are few and far between. The company needs to come up with ways to engage their employees in process improvement initiatives.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The compensation is competitive, albeit at the lower thresholds of industry averages. But coupled with the dismal prospect of career growth, and the company's lack of vision in terms of getting rank and file employees involved in continous process improvement, the end sum is a disappointing package.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
On paper and history, TaskUs is supposed to be a revolutionary disruptor. But in growing its ranks it seems to have lost is vision, diluted by the influx of talent coming from outside and bringing with them culture that is not exactly as forward as a supposed 'disruptor' would want to be.
