Shopify: A 30% increase would more fairly reflect the value my position adds to the company, and bring my role in line with other roles at Shopify.
Eastman Chemical Company: Learning and becoming process experts is not rewarded. Being paid the same as someone that knows alot less and that being acknowledged is not a great feeling. Expectations different for the same job and pay scale is frustrating, makes not incentive to continue pushing oneself.
