Chipotle: I've been at chipotle for 7 years and seen many changes. Sometimes it feels like the restaurant experience is thought about last when it comes to implementing change. Not every store is the same and it would be nice to feel recognized when change is made

Chipotle: I been working for almost 6 years now and 4 diffrent stores , the amount of work dosent match the pay and due to pay we dont have a lot of people applying in the company.

Chipotle: Ever since our last CEO left, it just seems so profit driven. The "culture" ideaology is so fake and they don't care about us at the corporate level like they make it out to be.
