They have alot of good ideas and i know they value their employees but If they would find ways to improve individual stores verses masses- spend the extra minutes evaluating the stores customer culture and employees they might leave knowing somthing new to improve all stores.

Chipotle does care about you as a person. They have ways to help out for people who would not have had help otherwise.

The ones that show up are awesome! They know its going to be tough some days but if we keep a positive attiftude the day flys and we have fun.

In the two years i worked at chipotle ive dealt with 3 major events covid, riots, understaffing and find that corporate tends to not listen to our suggestions about whats actaully happening in the store. There are better ways to run this but they only care about the final dollar.

They need to talk to people who dont come from successful stores. Find out why they are failing. I have heard only from thriving stores they are the ones causing changes and for stores stuggling this isnt always a good thing and makes it harder to succeed in the way they could be.
