Concentrix: Overall my experience has been great! I am with Catalyst and we were acquired less than a year ago, so lots of changes happening, but there have been many people to help us transition along the way. Still getting used to being a part of a giant company, but I think it's going to be great!

Concentrix: Since being with Concentrix, I have had great experiences with my leadership, and those supporting my teams. Everyone is helpful and wants us to succeed; so it makes for a comfortable environment to work in.
Foundever: So far, all the things that make an employee stay they have extended an effort to improve/work on. Although, I think we still have room for better compensation offers/packages.
Foundever: It is quite alright. Nothing grand to brag about and nothing really bad to make me hate it.

Foundever: My experience in Sykes is good since Ive seen myself growing however I guess we lack transportation allowance since those working at home has a DUA (data utility allowance).

Concentrix: The company has given me a lot of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. Sometimes I am frustrated with the fact that things that would improve my personal work experience are met with "No" but overall it's a good experience.

Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.: The leadership team needs to be more compassionate and in touch with their employees, the working environment and how their decisions affect employees on a day-to-day basis. They will be much better if they managed from the common experience rather than in their ivory towers.

H E B: The quality of their products. There are many products that I prefer to buy the store brand over name brands because of the taste of the HEB brand is so much better.

Spectrum: Increase the service to equal what it is supposed to be according to their sales team and advertising. Improve customer service, billing, and support. They have difficulty knowing anything that the other departments have been doing for a customer. It's been very frustrating.
