i am very new, but I hoped things would be organized more than they are now, also more diverse than they are now especially in the Administrative section and they are not .

having the ability to give feedback and suggestions via electronic suggestion box with our names for the purpose of fair credit when it is due, also it is impossible to balance personal finance when the salary is paid divided in half, this needs to be solved in a creative way!

lining up - communication, vision, and organization. overall it feels like a big mess, changes happen all the time but they are not proactive, they are not organized, also the team meetings are useless the TL is not motivated he doesn't update you probably on what is happening and what you should do
