Swatch Group: Working at the HQ, you feel far from the product, without much power to make a change. The leadership feels very conservative. Not much is changing and actually, everything feels very outdated: the building, the culture, the onboarding material, the IT tools (e.g. company still uses Skype)

It's super fast pace, you do have to work a lot, but it's all worth it considering the crazy projects you get to work on. There is somewhat politics within the company, but every company has this.
