Fastenal: the work is manageable but they do not give cost of living increases for branch type personal. Overall this company must care about the upper management and stockholders. Those that actually do the work can make out a meager living. I'm not motivated to do a good job. Little feedback good or bad.

GE Renewable Energy: No clear long-term strategy of the company, the leadership only cares about each quarter's numbers and nothing else, people keep leaving, very weak SCM function, lacking work processes and ERP, a lot of repetitive useless manual work (ppl spend hours copy&pasting information all over the place).
IBM: It is proud to be a part of IB. Greatest part is an innovation, Design thinking, Security etc. makes IBM as a great mega firm ever.
