Audi: As a technician, the amount of tech in the car keeps going up, recalls increase, and warranty times decrease. But as a technician, it's easy to get along with others in the same boat.
Chili's: I worked there 7.5 years. Never received a bonus did use to receive anniversary gifts until 4 years ago. Because of my crazy home life I could only work certain times and days so that kept me from getting any kind of employee benefits. When trying to get my schedule fixed I was ignored. Let go

IBM: it is a well balanced workplace that may not always provide you meaningful work or be the best at compensation ratios, however I know that due to the diverse nature of business I can find roles and strike a work life balance well here
Walgreens: Focus has shifted from pharmacy care to front end partnerships to drive profit
TEKsystems: Some good, some bad. Recruiter not always available, helpful. Often giving canned excuses. I did more to find myself a continuation job than they did, initially. Later on, various TEK people did pickup the pace, and worked to find me a continuation job.

Tyson Foods: I am retired after 33 years with Tyson. Up until a few days ago I would have highly recommended this company. Recently the mandate that all team members receive the Covid shot by Oct 1 or be fired has caused me to change my mind 180 degrees. Will not recommend. Ever.

Xerox Corporation: Management does not care for their employees. Resources keep leaving, yet the work keeps being asked of us. Churn and burn mentality. Miserable place to work in my past 20+ years. Not sure how they have been around for the past 100+ years when they treat their employees like this.
Sherwin-Williams: I've been here a month and a half as a sherwin Williams employee and since day one I've had a hard time learning the warehouse position due to lack of training, that's also due to lack of employees. Everyday I'm getting more and more frustrated and not wanting to come because I'm not understanding

Again in my opinion and not me personally but people don't enjoy being treated like we're 12 years old. The whole clocking in/out is ridiculous

IBM: There might be different experiences depending on the project one is in - but the company as such is great place to learn and grow.

Raytheon Technologies: I have made more money at other jobs but I prefer RTX because my supervisors really seem concerned about me as an employee.
Meijer: Culture has significantly shufted from familyness to a leadership team that came from outside and has priorities focused on their pockes. They do not walk the talj and if you question them they quickly find reason to exit you.

IBM: I like working here, though there are often hectic periods and challenging projects so one really needs to focus on balancing work and private life. Management is great but executives seem to have less information about what is going on the surface.
IBM: I'm just a newbie at IBM and I know that I still have lots of things to learn but the best thing that I appreciate in this company is how they value their employees. We are not treated like second-class workers. We are treated equal as the top managers. Our feedbacks are valued and we are respected.

Save-A-Lot: When i originally started with Save a Lot the store was corporate run. I was hired as a shift lead and once being fully trained i never received my extra $2 per her for being shift lead even after doing so for months. Switched to private promised $13 an hour first 3 paychecks were 10.83 per hr.

The retail sales side used to be good, with great supervisors but most of the time I've had to deal with bad supervisors that run you down and can be er please- narcissists
