I like the Hungarian part of the management, but I don't feel, that IBM represents the same values in other countries as well.

Compensation is a really hard thing at IBM. I as a manager fight for my team members, so I can raise their salary, but it is always hard. Comparing to the market, we are underpaid. If we take in account the Years in service recognitions...for 5 years service you can get a pair of IBM socks. Joke..
