Klaviyo: The company is great and people outside my team are great! My issue right now is that there are people on my team with very sensitive egos that make me feel like they don't want me around, since I have more industry experience than them. It is making it hard to want to interact with them.

Blue Origin: Top rated overall in area
Choice Hotels: Choice is overall a nice place to work. I am openminded enough to know that some people are selfish and some work great as a team - its who you seek to be acquainted with that shapes your perspective. The realization that your teams work impacts others that is lacking in this company. Seek insight!
Guidewire Software: Guidewire spends a lot of time focused on surveys like this one. Some of us just want to come in and do the job. I think that we tolerate lack of performance under the guise of collegiality. This company needs to become much more revenue and profit driven.

Esri: Everyone seems onboard with the mission and goals of the company, no matter their role.
Fanatics: It used to be good, but it's getting worse working here. No longer seem to do Agile and slowly moving towards Waterfall model. I dread the afternoons when the US come online. Mandatory in office days are also pushing me away.
Guidewire Software: Things get bad when we are forced to come to office sometimes. Also, managers could show some care if team members are sick.

Esri: Mission-oriented focus from the top down
Choice Hotels: I've been with the company long term. I'm unsure of what they think of me. I don't feel like my time in my job is valued. I feel like I'm seen as "if you've been there for so long, what is wrong with you". A sentiment stated by a previous boss. Don't feel that the right advancement there for me.
Global Industrial Company: Learning the business and the challenge of building something new.

Choice Hotels: Collaboration across teams despite organization divisions
Esri: Positive, forward-thinking group with an open communication policy
Choice Hotels: I like working at Choice. However, you can get stuck in a position at Choice with no advancement but more responsibility. Working from home made all of that easier to deal with becasue it's an added benefit that would out way alot of the things that I don't like about working at Choice.
Fanatics: - Underpaid - Being put into wrong team - Given no resource to do the job - Not Empowered - Not treasured but always on the position to resolve all problems

Choice Hotels: Honesty and authenticity, as well as just being good people
Choice Hotels: I feel challenged every day, I feel like I can grow into new opportunities, I feel my work is valued.
Stripe: enthusiastic ,committed , collaborative , friendly and competent
Fanatics: I would give it a 9/10. The management team and coworkers here are great and always willing to help out, are outgoing, make you feel included as part of the team. However, it would be nice if there was more flexibility (more work from home) we should be able to wfh if we need to.
Choice Hotels: My overall experience is positive, there are company politics that you have to navigate through and some people are on a Power trips but most of the time it's pretty smoothe and enjoyable.

Choice Hotels: So far my time with Choice has been great. For my team personally we always want to hear any ideas from everyone. We treat each other with respect, confidence and support which is great. I do wish more associates were eligible for bonuses.
Choice Hotels: I honestly used to love being a part of Choice but my feelings have changed, especially this past year. I feel there is absolutely no leadership in our department and our call to actions change almost weekly. We need a change in leadership soon, before more good people leave, as well as our owners.
Choice Hotels: I cannot say enough about my experience working for Choice. I am always excited to go to work to support the success for our Owners and Choice!
Atlassian: Great benefits great company good
Choice Hotels: Choice is one of the best companies to work.
Choice Hotels: Efficient, decisive, collectively trying to create best product

Esri: It's been a fantastic place to make a career.
Fanatics: Positive, driven mostly by commercial opportunity than technical excellence. That's fine and seems we are capitalizing on that opportunity. Would be good to give a little more time to technical excellence. Our front end is embarrassingly slow.
Choice Hotels: Great work-life balance, always challenged, always happy with what I am doing
