Mediacom Communications: Very positive and I have no complaints. If I could find a job within the company that did not have me traveling another 20+ minutes to work and it paid more I would do it. However, again the company is not responsible for inflation (Gas prices etc.)
Dot Foods: After 14 years at Dot, I have a pretty good feel as to our culture and it surpasses any company I've ever worked for.
Stratosphere Quality: Love working for the company, however the compensation for salary postions are on the low end.
Backcountry.com: They need to bring in a new management team for the customer service department. They also need to correct the bug in e-commerce software (website) so that the amount you authorize is the amount that they post to the bank.
SiteOne Landscape Supply: After they bought out the company I was working for it has been the best job I've ever had.
Klaviyo: It's been great, however as we start to ramp up the pace has become really fast

Bausch & Lomb: The company needs to encourage groups to work together. Currently many groups are under staffed, which has resulted in groups disconnecting and "hiding" to avoid additional work or being blamed for failure to meet timelines.

Curative: It's been a whirlwind and I will be leaving soon. The initial impression that was given to me in the interviews was false. There has been no clear picture of work that may be given to me in the future. I'm constantly living in fear of being laid off. I do appreciate the flexibility at times.

I am only staying at this job to gain experience for future jobs. I do not think this is a good company to stay long term unless you are in a corporate role.

Pure Storage: Very much appreciate the leadership of Charlie Giancarlo and other members of Pure's C-Suite. They have created culture of "do the right thing" both internally and externally when working with our prospects and customers.
Lamar Advertising: Lamar is a wonderful company. Management has always demonstrated an Employee-first approach to decisions. Nothing showed this better than the recent HQ efforts with the Covid outbreak but really year after year HQ and the leadership team is spot on.
FSA Federal: I work for the HQ. We recently completed a major contract recompete, moved offices requiring a huge effort to scan documents, and supported FSA through various SubK changes, all while losing much of the HQ staff. My salary does not reflect my talent or effort I am putting into my work.
CIENCE: My growth inside the company has been consistent and rewarding. I feel humbled by the acknowledgment this company has in terms of the effort the employees put and the opportunities that are given in return.
FSA Federal: I love my job but downgrading my possession after turning down my other job offers, and less than a week before my start date was unprofessional.
