the company use to be the best out there. Now, they have taken a lot of benefits away over the years and now are just an average company.

there is nothing positive. The execs lie and don't appriciate its workers

It would be nice if they would give out raises. They think giving a COLA is your raise, when it is not.

Nothing. They tell us alll these good things that the company is going to do for us and then they do not follow through with anything.

annual pay raise that we do not get. An annual COLA that was suppose to happen yearly and does not. Plus when FSA was awarded the new contract, they had a webinar and said there would be a 3 tiers of increases every yeat, well this did not happen.
