StandardAero: I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

CEGs are scheduled for 9 hour days at a minimum, and if a customer is in the middle of a deal, it can turn into a 10-11 hour day easily. For a company that values work-life balance, it doesn't value my time.

No one takes responsibility and fixes the problem. A written request for a supervisor takes 3 days. Horrible
