FSA is a good employer, but as far as compensation, time off and work life balance, it could show some improvement. It appears to be all about the billable hours from the client.

FSA may be better suited to compensate Paralegals vs. Investigators. Their going rate is very below the market rate by approximately $40,000 per year for retired investigators.
