Great company, Flexbile (wfh) which i like the most. Good culture but if there are more programmes for Growth & New learnings for every department or community then it would be more than good. I think Awesome would come in place of good or Great.

They are doing their best but has lot of dependency in order to make the ideas work and grow together.

positive is that flexibility that company is giving me that is work from home. secondly conducting offsites is also too good.

some consideration in salary hike would help because my experience and skills exhibited in the organization are hard to be found. I am also upgrading myself by doing outside certifications where our org. will have well authentic people like me post the certification.

Looking at my skills set, expertise and approaches or ideas or contribution I made so far should be better spoken about the compensation i deserve according to market standards. So I would be glad to leave upto the management to decide on my better compensation.
