Adapt to new changes. WFH or Hybrid setup is the new in. Soon if this does not happen, I will be leaving the company.

Does not seem like there are opportunities for growth in the company. Or at least no insight for growth on the US side. Seems like we are placed on idled till the focus is back on the US.

I kike the bonus program, merit pay increases and company contributions to my 401 K plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support but I am being paid the same with people who has far less experience.

I'm happy that the company does yearly review for performance but I don't think the percent is competitive compared to other companies that are even working at home. Also, this is the only company I know that does promotion but pay is not included with the promotion. Only later after 6 or so months.

Since there is no opportunity for a performance bonus, I would like to see a higher percentage of growth possible in base salary at the annual review, based on performance.
