My leader is fearless and not afraid to fight for what she believes in, like myself. She also offers a unique perspective and an extreme amount of knowledge across multiple different products & teams. I feel genuinely supported at work and inspired to continue raising the bar set by others.

First they are smart, fair and focused. Above and beyond that, they are genuine. In particular the folks I have interacted with Sharon, Ed, Joanne. Anuj, Amit, Cristina are all the same person one on one as on a townhall. Obvs some audiences need more or less detail but they all honest and sincere.

Empathy, undertstanding, and a commitment to employee and customer satisfaction beyond the desire to sell and exit the company in 3 years for a sizeable payout... Or at least being less transparent about that being their goal. We want to be respected members of a winning team on a noble pursuit.
