My leader is fearless and not afraid to fight for what she believes in, like myself. She also offers a unique perspective and an extreme amount of knowledge across multiple different products & teams. I feel genuinely supported at work and inspired to continue raising the bar set by others.

Empathy, undertstanding, and a commitment to employee and customer satisfaction beyond the desire to sell and exit the company in 3 years for a sizeable payout... Or at least being less transparent about that being their goal. We want to be respected members of a winning team on a noble pursuit.

Paid considerably lower compared to same position with other competitors, pay has not kept up with inflation, benefits keep getting cut.

The vast majority of people in my orbit are eager to help, engaged and intelligent. There are varying degrees of experience both within the company and the space. The newer/less experienced members are so willing to learn and grateful for guidance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Numerous instances of coworkers lacking integrity but there do not seem to be repercussions for actions after reporting to leadership. Coworker does not know material but leadership also does not so they do not know that coworker is not doing their job or how to check for it.

There are a few shining stars in leadership who want to improve what we do and care about people but they are overlooked for promotions. Promotion recently was given to someone whose team was doing poor quality work and they deflected after it was pointed out instead of fixing the issue.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop cutting corners for bottom dollar, promote people who will actually improve things and who have integrity, hire more competent people, fire people that consistently show they don't know what they are doing, pay a fair wage, offer better benefits, stop settling for good enough.
