I feel I could be making more money at a different company. I feel like this happens at a lot of companies. Employees typically get paid more when hired externally rather than internally.

To be paid fair market value of someone coming into the company as a new employee. I know what my role pays at equitable companies with the same benefits and I am severely underpaid because I've stayed with the same organization.

They need to increase the basic pay as we are handling 3 bands. We are overloaded with task but we are not getting better basic pay.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am much more on the business side and technical side; it seems that most of my coworkers are not so conversations can be a bit challenging. they tend to like to talk about movies and hobbies more than I do, and I do my best to apply but it's not comfortable since I am so business focused.
