Elastic: It's a challenging solution to learn but the demand for our services is massive. Our leadership is great, the team is super welcoming and the company actually cares about their employees. Shut it down days are an example of that.
Everbridge: In 7 months time, my experience is in general good. The conflict between sales and Partners is still quite prolific. The message is to drive partner engagement, the reality does not match the message. As this is the last question, I note that all questions in this survey drive positive reply.

NETSCOUT: It's a great company that's continuously looking for ways to deliver better and better offerings to our customers. We are innovative, work hard, yet we don't forget about the fact that we have lives outside of work as well.
Elastic: I am very happy with how the company treat me so far. There's comprehensive training materials I can spend good enough time on, and my manager and colleagues are willing to help me getting ready for the field work. They kindly give me 10 days of PTO in the first 6 months, which helps me a lot!
Elastic: I just passed my 90 day mark with the company. Onboarding has been a whirlwind but I appreciate all the resources available to get new hires up and running.

Motive: I don't believe the company understands my position's value or is invested in my growth. There is a lack of transparency and communication. For this to change, the culture must change from the top down. The company fails to hire where needed, and that contributes to broken systems and low morale.

Geisinger Health System: We work well together, and quickly get over squables, rarely with management needed. Management acts as mediator not punisher when it is needed. My team is also all competent at their jobs.
EmployBridge: The nicest people with the most optimistic, positive attitudes towards success.
Zulily: I've been here five years in the same position. My various managers have held me back from advancing as I want to. I feel stuck, and it's frustrating. Also, there have been three sets of layoffs in my five years, so I never feel secure or that the company knows where it's going.

CentralSquare: I've had no complaints so far. My boss is fair and keeps an open dialogue for questions. My mentor goes above and beyond to ensure I understand what I'm doing. And other coworkers on the team and off are upbeat and friendly.
