Always asked to do more with less. No ability to retain new employees b/c low pay. A positive has been hybrid work schedules

Shipt: There is no line of communication between shoppers and anyone on the excellence team. Only way to communicate are to get issues resolved is through email which can take 3 to 5 business days for a reply. Then if you do email them the first email back is a generic go to check the Shopper hub
Goodwill Central Texas: Personally I have had many opportunities to advance, my supervisor cares about my growth as a leader and personal well being. GCT is so large and community reach across Central Texas is huge so we have a large impact, I just wish more people internal and external knew and understood all that we do!
Fivetran: Surprisingly professional yet flexible for a scale-up. A large group of truly talented people full of passion for what they are doing.
Invitation Homes: I have worked here for six months and I mostly enjoy the work I do feel that I am grossly under paid, based on workload stress and cost of living increase recently

This is not a team atmosphere. This is a finger pointing atmosphere. Everyone is trying to keep the heat off themselves.

Give them yearly raises for appreciation. C-suite needs to look into what is going on at the lower levels.

Quality Distribution: They just always want to do the right thing and keep getting better.
Vrbo: Trusted and reliable; as a host it's been lucrative; wish your host percentages were more like Airbnb though.
