Zulily: we're down headcount by a lot and our workload hasn't been reduced enough. we need people. on my team alone we have lost a few people due to frustrations with recognition and promotions so that process needs to be improved

Zulily: I have never once waivered in my decision to join Zulily even though I joined in a time of big transition for the company. It's nice to be part of a work environment where I feel I belong and am respected. I feel like the company cares about me as a person, not just an employee.

Zulily: There have definitely been some high points, but overall not a great experience. the company has work to do when it comes to management training, addressing disproportionate treatment of employees, mitigating toxicity and overtly pushing back against microaggressions.
Zulily: I feel unseen, unheard, unvalued, and have since the beginning. This company does not pay wage commensurate with the labor and product generated, PTO offering is subpar, benefits are mediocre, and wages have stagnated despite cost of living. The last fact alone leads to us all feeling undervalued.
Zulily: It's been brief, I am new, but overall, everyone has been very invested in the success of the business, serving our customer, and ensuring every team member seems supported.
Beacon Hill: Great company and great leadership, they will help you be successful and give you the tools to do so.
Zulily: I've been here a while, and I think things have improved a lot over the years. I've always said I loved my job, and that's still true today. I hope to stay here for as long as possible. I do wish women's rights were taken a bit more seriously though.

NETSCOUT: This company doesn't play by the same sneaky tactics that other corporation play by. NetScout actually cares. The CEO believes in transparency and has continued to reflect this in his communications to us all. My overall experience has been pleasant and I am truly grateful for that.

And with so many merged companies we are dealing with a lot on silo issues. The people here are what keep me coming back to work.

CentralSquare: I have been very impressed with everyone at CentralSquare since joining in April. Everyone has been welcoming, helpful and cooperative as I learn my job functions and my place in the ecosystem of the company.

There is a huge issue with backlog of products with bugs or issues in them that makes it very difficult to provide what same agencies ask for. There is also a lot of people that have left the company since I got here which doesn't instil a lot of faith

Celonis: I joined and found out I had cancer, Celonis immediately supported me and let me have the time off for chemo treatment which is covered under company healthcare insurance membership. The leadership team have offered support in helping get up to speed with my sales role they have my back!
CentralSquare: I've been able to advance as a consultant and learn a wide variety of products and methods to help our customers. My manager is extremely helpful but I have not had much mentorship from other employees.
CentralSquare: My time at CentralSquare has been valuable, and my efforts have been recognized and awarded. I receive feedback regularly from my superior, and I've never had a surprise on any of my reviews; we've always discussed what's going well and what can improve.
NETSCOUT: NETSCOUT is a company I've never experienced in my long career. The dedication to the work, the cooperation between and among teams (regardless of circumstance, good or bad) and the positivity is something I never thought existed. The benefits and compensation make it that much better, too!
CentralSquare: All over the place. I've been moved between multiple positions with varying levels of satisfaction with each. It seems like the wrong people are taken seriously. Nothing is ever done about inappropriate/unprofessional behavior in employees.
CentralSquare: Emotional rollercoaster. I am not used to the corporate world at all. The changes in leadership still throw me for a loop when they occur. I hate when anyone losses a jonb.
CentralSquare: After 11 years, I have seen the transitions and shifts, overall I have had a fairly good experience, thanks to a handful of individuals who have helped along the way, and recognized my talent.

Calix: Very good. The onboarding was thorough and people are all very nice. I believe that there is careful screening of candidates to ensure only kind people are hired.

Calix: Calix is highly focused, collaborative, and well positioned. They've made some great choices that are allowing them to take advantage of all the money coming into the Broadband space right now. The zoom fatigue with the always on video culture is real, but the team and the company is solid.
Calix: Reward squarely corresponds with the effort and motivation one puts in, very glad to see there is no bureaucracy nor hidden obstacles like other companies.
Klaviyo: It's been chaotic, honestly. Base camp was great but after that, my coach has been slow to respond or absent and I feel imposter syndrome quite frequently. I'm also quite frustrated the RSU vesting schedule was only explained to me in detail after over 30 days here.

We are constantly short of staff Working with multiple providers and expecting to still cover gaps when rooming 3+ provider patients. I am working dual if not triple positions and only getting paid for one. Beware
