This company doesn't play by the same sneaky tactics that other corporation play by. NetScout actually cares. The CEO believes in transparency and has continued to reflect this in his communications to us all. My overall experience has been pleasant and I am truly grateful for that.

NetScout pays lower for job titles compared to other companies of its size. The vacation time provided somewhat makes up for it.

Working with people that have either been here as long as I or even longer make me happy. After working with the same people for so long it's so easy to work at a smooth and comfortable pace. We all already know each other and have built a strong rapport with one another.
