Paycom: Things are mixed. The issues are created by over management and not being allowed autonomy to be a professional.
Curriculum Associates: I love not only my job because I feel like we help people solve problems everyday but I also love what our company does for children and schools but also for us as employees. I feel like the job I do is meaningful and people care about me. I am rarely upset because of work. We work well together.
Curriculum Associates: I have had a great experience. The onboarding is thorough. I was paired with a buddy right away, and I have regular check ins with my manager. My team is extremely high functioning - working together to produce quality work under quick deadlines. But our collaborative nature makes it possible.
Fanatics: They are transparent and keep you informed
Diligent: I'm challenged, I work with smart people, and things move fast enough to never be boring. Sure, there are challenges when you move so fast, but on the whole it's an exciting environment.
Curriculum Associates: We have great health coverage (and the company saves by using a high deductible plan, but covering the deductible fully!)
Curriculum Associates: I've only been at CA for ~6 weeks, but I feel I've already made a positive impact on my team (if not the whole company!) There are tons of things to learn, but the documentation (and amazing coworkers) ensure I'm never left without support. Overall, my time here so far has been great!

Medela: Good, but disappointing as there are no career advancement opportunities. Overall compensation not aligned with work performed and success associated with it.
Airbnb: Airbnb is my second home and would like to give my 100 % at work. This is place from where I would like to retire. I cannot think of another better place to work than Airbnb as there are lots of emotions with this company. I love Airbnb :)

Medela is like a start up so your role is not well defined so you tend to have extensive roles and responsibilities, no processes so you learn a lot and you are everywhere involved and have many long working hour

Medela: The work is challenging and satisfying for me personally. Again, their are senior executives who don't completely understand their roles nor do they pass on knowledge to their employees. Rarely does Management correspond the impact of potentially new clients/products and the impact this will have.
Diligent: I have loved my time at Diligent so far, i have meet so many great people ,and i know Diligent will help me get to where i want to be. Couldn't ask for a better team!

Curriculum Associates: I've seen the growth and growing pains the company has gone through as we served more teachers and students and grew as a company. Overall, I would say I am impressed. It is no easy feat to keep the company culture intact while growing with grace, and Curriculum Associates has done just that.

FCB Health: The C-suite are cruel and vicious, and employees bringing up concerns are marginalized in spite of evidence. The culture encourages covering up for executives.

Fanatics: First few years were good but the merge into Majestic was counter intuitive. Culture took a dive and now there are a bunch of clock-punchers instead of skilled craftsman. The business manager lead, but cannot help the individual contributors. Individual contributors need advancement opportunities.
Curriculum Associates: The experience has been incredible. Coming from a place where I was not trusted and supported as an employee, this has been a dream come true! I love working with educators who truly care about the company and the students and who work together to make each other's lives easier!
Medela: It's a fun and enjoyable work, that isn't too complicated to do.

Diligent: Diligent is an ever changing rapidly paced company which is an exciting, challenging place to work. More equality between brands and nationalities is required in order to ensure that all employees feel appreciated and part of the greater team.
Diligent: Diligent is an incredible product, we believe in our mission and the impact it makes. There is a very clear GAP between what we're trying to accomplish and how it cascades down to the team members from an operational perspective. People are working long hours, but t the same time its acknolwedged.
