Insight Global: I think the commission % for Pro Recruiters should be increased, along with the LTI and contest bonus. I think that Pro Recruiters take on a lot of the grunt work that AM's don't have to do and should be paid closer in commission.

Medela: Introduced a "pay freeze" and then got rid of people who had fulltime positions. Those roles then got doled out to the remaining people as if those remaining folks weren't doing fulltime roles already.

They talk poorly about others at the company and negatively impact the environment. There are too few opportunities in my field.

Extron Electronics: I feel that the management in Singapore is terrible. They do not motivate their employees and there is a fear based culture. Every employees is being micromanaged and no matter how well you do your work, your efforts are not appreciated. You feel that you are being treated as a student in school.
