Helen of Troy: The company has had a highly successful transformation. Building the organization and investing in the business and systems to make that happen has been a very powerful, positive experience.
LL Flooring: It started wonderfully. I have seen 5 ceos come and go in as many years. The company had not had a consistent message. Every CEO tries and put their stamp on the company and they get fired. They have been involved in too many scandals and most of them were self inflicted.
CAI: Coworkers are great. Execs will stab you in the back at a moment's notice. Years ago the CEO prided CAI in keeping jobs in the US. Days later his son fired a whole team without notice and sent the jobs to Manila.

Fast Enterprises: The company is great but would like to see a bit more transparency when it comes to raises. Our on site manager give us a rank and then sends those ranks off to a group of directors who then critique the rank. Most often our ranks come back lower, never higher, than what was originally sent.

Peloton: In 25 years of engineering, from startups to household name Fortune companies, Peloton is by far my favorite company to date.
PSCU: PSCU is a great company, need work on Brand and employee experience. There are talent decisions being made that insist on keeping bad "leaders" for the sake of maintain the knowledge. However; that have adverse effects on teams across the board.

I think that its still very early stages for me so most of my answers to this could change in the coming months but I get the sense that you'll be successful here is you want to be. I do wish my immediate team was a little friendlier but I'm sure they're just busy.
