My first attempt to receive a refund was hopeless. My second attempt I was told I was FLAGGED. DD has refused my money back

It's just excel based percentage distribution, which will be anyways overridden by HR. Top takes bonuses and team on the ground gets excuses of global issues. Poor HR process.
