We're asked to do a survey within the company, and supposedly it reaches the higher ups. I fully dont believe that, and I don't believe our CEO truly understands the work we do. Expectations of our programs is so out of touch and honestly a slap in the face. We're struggling and not being heard.

Employees at fast food places, Walmart, Target and other stores start off making more than some of our own employees. We aren't being paid fairly for the work and time we dedicate to this job.
