Penumbra: Personal experience within Penumbra is very dependent on which department you work in and who your boss is. Some are lovely understanding effective leaders and others lead by intimidation and degradation. Avoid departments not directly involved in product quality, development, or construction.
CenterPoint Energy: This company has a monopoly here in Houston and they take that fact into consideration by offering one of the worst customer service possible. I would rather freeze to death than deal with them again.

DoorDash: Doordash does not pay the dashers properly. Tips from customers are now being questioned along with the base rate pay. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but in the beginning Doordash was great and the pay was great but now each pay per dash is subject to be questioned!

COUNTRY Financial: The current leaders of the company took the commission income from businesses built over 15,25, 35 years and funneled it to the company instead. They offered "raises" to agents who can grow client counts while hollowness out the company to shell staffing, uncompetitive products.
