Some are lovely understanding effective leaders and others lead by intimidation and degradation. Avoid departments not directly involved in product quality, development, or construction.
CenterPoint Energy: This company has a monopoly here in Houston and they take that fact into consideration by offering one of the worst customer service possible. I would rather freeze to death than deal with them again.
