Novolex: The benefits, such as medical and dental have super high deductibles and the coverage isn't that great. You would literally be better off to make payment arrangements with the hospital or finance your dental work. If the company even paid 60/40 I'd feel better about buying insurance.
Community Health Network: I have been excited to work here. The pay for my position is great. My benefits are okay. The management staff is new, so theyre still trying to get it together.

Cumulus Media: Great so far. Some times it can be difficult because of miss-communication, or weather or sometimes you just don't work with people you like or agree with. With all that aside its overall fun and different which has been wonderful.
