My team is global, so I'm always learning about different cultures. It's challenged me to get outside of my US comfort zone and be more mindful of the global employee base.

My team gets along well both inside and outside of work. We truly enjoy being around one another which makes communicating at work easier and our all around work interactions more productive.

My location is in office four days a week and we all try to make it enjoyable by eating together or planning larger team lunches. Several of us engage in the on-site activities like Cinco De Mayo, Trivia and Music in the Pavilion.

Since our new CEO, the culture is shifting for the better. I mean it was good before him, but now we have visibility to the CEO. He shares monthly updates and makes employees feel valued for the work we are doing. We are driving new initiatives and efforts that will make us better as an organization
