ManTech: It has been positive but with a few changes in my life and with the current situation I have not been doing as well and don't feel supported.
ManTech: I have enjoyed my time at ManTech. I have been able to advance and make changes in my career. I have learned a lot from the people around me.
Mattress Firm: it was on telephone than in person
Leo Burnett: Lots of opportunity to start with and then very siloed. Lack of communication with management, they don't know who they're responsible for. Many people laid off because of their age, not talent level.
ManTech: I have been with ManTech for over 3 years and it has been a great experience. I have moved up in my career and have access to all of the tools/training I need to continue growing as an individual and team member. I look forward to many more years with the company!
Advantage Inc: Dissatisfied. Little opportunity to advance in certain roles. Inequity in salary and treatment of employees. Achievements largely go unrecognized. More concerned w/acquisitions than ensuring calmness and satisfaction in their current business units.
CarePoint Health: Corrupt administration kills the morale of its hard working employees
Dunkin': The manager is not good at all, talks about other employees confidential files, takes way too many smoke breaks in one shift, gets mad at her employees and thinks she does nothing wrong.
ManTech: Team effort, everyone gets along
Trigo: We have a number of acquired entities. Helping join all of the business units, Stronger Together, has been the most rewarding experience of my career.
ManTech: I love ManTech. The company has been very good to me and given me great opportunities. I try to pay that back everyday through my hard work.
ManTech: Overall, I have had a very positive experience. Leadership on my team has been excellent and I believe that drives the culture within our department.
ManTech: Been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend people to join my company.
ManTech: I'm still new under 6 months. But the culture, support and overall experience so far lets me know I'll be here for the long run!
ManTech: Overall, I've had an extremely positive experience. My work station was delivered to me, I have access to training, my leadership is accommodating with my work/life balance as long as my job gets done, and I work with a great team.
ManTech: From my first day to this day, I have always felt supported. That is rare. A genuine feeling of caring about others, through mutual respect and a desire to help our colleagues, is what I value most about the culture here at ManTech.
ManTech: I've been with ManTech for about 4 months. In that time the country has been through multiple large scale crisis. I feel confident knowing that we have leadership at the helm that does not panic, and is able to bring us through stronger than when we came in.
ManTech: My experience at Mantech has been wonderful!
ManTech: I enjoy working for ManTech. I really do. I do feel that ManTech needs to value their employees who have been around for a while and train them up. You can call someone a lead and expect them to lead, but when the compensation isn't there its hard when your co-workers have the title.
ManTech: We are very cohesive and work well together
ManTech: I am very happy to work for ManTech. I feel that I have found my home here, and look forward to many years growing with the company. Everyone I have met this far have been very welcoming, professional, friendly, humble and pleasant to work with. I will gladly recommend others to apply with ManTech.
ManTech: Very good; I feel lucky to be where I am right now with great management/leadership.
ManTech: I've only worked for ManTech for 6 months however, I have felt from day one they care about each employee and advancing your career. If you want to pursue another role in the company and have only been here for 1 month then ManTech will work with you to pursue that new role. Who does that?!
ManTech: Probably less stressful than most jobs I've held, but that is most likely due to it being my first non supervisory or management position in over 30 years.... ;-) Onboarding was great and excellent ongoing support was provided allowing me to become efficient quickly as a remote worker
ManTech: I transitioned from a sales background and came into recruiting. It's been one of the best opportunities I've been given.
ManTech: I have been at ManTech for several years now and I can honestly say its the best career move I have ever made.
ManTech: ManTech is employee focused and performance driven.
ManTech: I have enjoyed my time with ManTech, my manager and team are very supportive and is always willing to help when in need. I am confident in reaching out to her. Only negative is the amount of changes to our leadership team in my short time here.
ManTech: I like recruiting as a career.
ManTech: The impact I have the ability to make is unlimited and the work we do is truly amazing. The work tempo is rather fast and demanding but rewarding. The recent changes ManTech has been making has made an impact on work life balance.
ManTech: I have been with ManTech for over two years and after working for other government integrators this by far has been the best experience. The leadership and team seem to be striving towards the same goal.

NFP: Openness and access ability to all the staff
Tuesday Morning: Less gossip and more respect
ManTech: Total compensation philosophy, competitive salary
Western Union: Focus on your employees. Communicate with your employees. Too siloed.

Illumina: I love working here and feeling like the work I do improves lives!
Monro Muffler Brake: Upper management takes care of you if your a performer, if you underperform they do the best they can to help, it’s a difficult pill to swallow being told your not doing well but stand up and brush off and keep going and your compensated well for working

Pegasystems: Enjoy every moment of it and looking forward to grow my career here
Cambia Health Solutions: There is a lot of talk of change and moving towards the future from the top but the next level of leadership is too political and it doesn't allow the firm to progress forward. A culture of toxicity pervades every where and no one can trust anyone.
ManTech: The relationships built with coworkers and leadership

Guardian Life: The Guardian Pension Plan they offer
Zillow: Challenging work that I am passionate about.
IRI: Fantastic, collaborative, friendly and aspirational.

RealPage: I have been with Realpage for 3 months, and I have had a very good experience. I feel challenged everyday, I feel valued, and I feel like I have a voice to make a difference.
RealPage: The empowerment to the employees to be successful in their role
RealPage: focus on work, listen to meetings
RealPage: being competitively paid in the market. Too many employees leave RealPage and receive 10 - 20K more annually
