I love what I do and working with my colleagues. We just need more support and acknowledgement from leadership. Field is never mentioned or celebrated at company meetings or town halls. We are very successful in what we do and it would be nice to be acknowledged.

Collaborating and supporting the field team. Decisions are made that effect us everyday without considering how those decisions will hinder us. Some say we are the "secret sauce" of the company and we are important. We are treated like the "secret sauce" left in the back of the fridge and forgotten.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We are not paid based on performance because it is illegal. But it is frustrating to continue to receive a raise that barely breaks even with yearly inflation. Taking away fields travel incentive each month was a slap in the face to us. No ways to advance, make more money and then $7500 pay cut.
