Over the past 13 years, I have seen a vision grow into a reality as new universities joined and grew with AP. Most recently, I have seen leadership completely destroy the organization and further silo departments while bringing in friends to lead in an industry they do not understand.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
There is no effort to course-correct pay disparity between tenured and new employees. There should not be a 10% or less difference between Managers and Directors 2 levels apart.

The most positive part of AP culture is the mission and the amount of endless hours and collaboration that employees put into that mission - bringing quality, affordable education to anyone who wants it.

Developing strategies to bring quality, affordable education to people who want to grow their knowledge and skills. To help those who didn't think they could reach these educational goals, by developing programs directly with a partner; and seeing partners dedicated to this mission grow.

The company needs to adjust tenured employees' compensation to market rates and to keep up with the new hires. Experience in this industry is critical and leadership needs to retain the valuable knowledge and relationships that brought the company to where it is today.
